Seven Sisters and Long Man of Wilmington (circular route)

Route: We follow the South Downs Way from Exceat through the South Downs National Park over the Seven Sisters to Birling Gap and then up to Beachy Head.  With their immense white chalk sea cliffs, they are iconic images of England.   We continue along the South Downs Way inland to Jevington, then past the mysterious Long Man of Wilmington & the beautiful village of Alfriston back to the start.

Refreshments and toilets available at the beginning, middle and end of the walk.
